1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Axonet, LLC, (“Axonet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, shares, and otherwise processes personal information through our websites (including www.axonet.io and allurecoupons.com) and through services we provide to our customers (collectively, our “Services”). By downloading, using, or registering for our Services, or by otherwise providing your personal information to us, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Some of our Services involve data collected by retailers. This Privacy Policy covers Axonet’s practices with respect to the Services. To understand the data practices of our retail customers, please consult their privacy policies.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
We collect various types of information from you, including Personal Information. “Personal Information” or “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated.

3. SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect Personal Information directly from you, your devices or browser, vendors that assist us in running our internal business operations, advertising networks, and other data providers.
- We collect information from you when you directly provide it to us, such as when you sign up to receive coupons.
- We may collect information through online technologies. We may use online tools to collect Personal Information about you (such as your IP address or other device identifiers and information about how you interact with our website and other online Services). We do this on our websites and in emails that we send to you.
- We collect information about you from third parties. We may obtain information about you from our customers and from trusted third-party partners. For example, if you purchase products at a participating convenience store, we may receive information about your purchase. We also may collect Personal Information from vendors that assist us in providing our Services and running our internal business operations, advertising networks, suppliers, social media platforms, and other data providers. - Disclosures for Business Purposes
We may disclose each of the categories of Personal Information identified in Section 2 to our service providers for the following purposes:
- Performing services on our behalf (such as supporting our promotional content, web hosting, cloud hosting, analytics, and communications services);
- Short-term, transient use, including but not limited to, non-personalized advertising;
- Providing advertising and marketing services (except for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- Auditing related to ad impressions;
- Ensuring security and integrity of Personal Information;
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

- Sale or Transfer of Business or Assets. We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event that we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party. In addition, information about our customers and registered users may also be disclosed in connection with a commercial transaction where we or any one of our businesses are seeking financing, investment, support, or funding.
- With Your Consent. We will disclose your Personal Information to others when you specifically permit us to do so, or you request that we disclose such information to another party.
- Sales and Sharing of Personal Information
Some of the ways in which we process Personal Information to provide Services to our customers or disclose personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sales” or “sharing” under state privacy laws.
The categories of Personal Information we sell or share for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising include:

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 18 years of age.
5. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TOOLS
When you visit our website, we and our vendors may use cookies and other similar technologies (such as pixels or web beacons) to collect data about your visit. “Cookies” are small data files stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies may allow a website to recognize a user’s device, record user preferences, track the pages a user clicks on while visiting the website, and identify the website visited immediately beforehand, among other functions. These tools enable us to compile statistics about the use of our website, analyze trends, enhance the security of our website, deliver content and advertisements, determine if you have opened emails we send, and otherwise administer and improve our Services. We may use Google Analytics to understand details about your use of the website. 6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We keep the categories of Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise authorized by law. This generally means holding the information for as long as one of the following apply:
- Your Personal Information is reasonably necessary to manage our operations, to manage your relationship with us, or to satisfy another purpose for which we collected the information;

Please note that, if you submit a request to know, request to delete, or request to correct, you may be asked to provide 2-3 pieces of Personal Information that we will match against our records to verify your identity. Depending on your state of residency and the nature of your request, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf by emailing us as the email address listed above.

Right to Know. If you are a California consumer, you may have the right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you, which includes:

Right to Access Your Information. You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information, to access your Personal Information, and to obtain a copy of your Personal Information in a portable format. Delaware and Oregon consumers may also request a list of third parties to which we disclosed personal information.
Right to Delete Your Personal Information. You may have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Where we use deidentification to satisfy a deletion request, we commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information.
Right to Correct Inaccurate Information. If you believe that Personal Information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you may have the right to request that we correct that information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sales and Sharing of Personal Information. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, and to request that we do not share your Personal Information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Right to Appeal. Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your Personal Information, in which case, your request will be denied. If your privacy rights request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may appeal for reconsideration of your request.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights. If you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights, you also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us.
Please note that if you make a privacy rights request, we will retain the Personal Information submitted in connection with your request for recordkeeping purposes.
8. CALIFORNIA NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE
We offer coupons and rebates to consumers who have opted in to our Allure Coupons program. When you opt in to the Allure Coupons program, we process the following categories of Personal Information:
- Identifiers
- Personal Records
- Characteristics of Protected Classifications
- Commercial Information
- Inferences
Participation in the Allure Coupons program is voluntary. By signing up, you consent to our collection, use, sale, sharing, and processing of your Personal Information, as described in this Policy. You may withdraw from the Allure Coupons program by completing our online request form here.
The incentives we offer in exchange for your participation in the Allure Coupons Program vary depending on the coupons you choose to use, but typically consist of discounts, rebates, or special offers on consumer products. The value of these incentives will vary depending on market conditions at the time the incentive is offered and your usage of the Program. The value of the incentives is reasonably related to the value of your personal information as measured by the opportunity to market to you using the information you provide minus the costs associated with collecting and storing the information.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information form a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.
10. DATA SECURITY
At no cost to you, we take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the Internet and online digital storage are not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Services.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to features or websites that are not operated by Axonet, including social networks operated by unaffiliated parties. You may be asked by these websites to provide personal information. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through those websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites, nor any adverse consequences that may result from your interaction with such third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of other websites.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is subject to change at our discretion. We will indicate changes to the Privacy Policy by updating the “Effective Date” at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services after any update to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
