G-Man is a results-driven, entrepreneurial marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience across multi-format retail, convenience, grocery, alcoholic beverage, and specialty sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Marketing at The Wills Group, where he led the revitalization of the Dash In and Splash In brands and launched the award-winning Dash In Rewards loyalty program. His leadership helped earn Run In recognition as a top global Foodvenience concept.
Before The Wills Group, G-Man spent nearly a decade as Senior Director of Marketing at Total Wine & More, playing a key role in scaling the company from $800 million to over $5 billion in revenue while driving new store growth, customer acquisition, and the expansion of its e-commerce and mobile platforms. Earlier in his career, he led marketing efforts at Giant Eagle and GetGo and began his professional journey in marketing and operations at Blinds To Go after earning his MBA from Temple University.
